Student usernames are in the format of last name + set of 3 random numbers

  • Example: Smith568

Faculty/Staff usernames are in the format of first initial + last name

  • Example:  RSmith

If you do not know your email password, contact Institutional Technology

If you know your password and wish to reset it, log into SelfService here

If you are a new student, you must have paid your enrollment deposit before you will receive your email and MyFlagler login credentials

 

Email Quotas and Limits

  • Mailbox size → 25 GB
    Maximum attachment size → 50 MB
    Maximum number of recipients → 75 Recipients

Forwarding Email

To Forward Email from Office365 to Another Email Account

  1. Sign into Office365 at https://outlook.office.com
  2. At the top of the page, choose Settings > Mail
  3. Choose Forwarding
  4. Follow the instructions on the page

Important to Note!

  • If you leave Flagler College, your email account will be deleted and emails will no longer be forwarded
  • Forwarding only applies to emails received after it is set up - old emails that already reside in your inbox will NOT be forwarded
  • A copy of messages that you redirect or forward will remain in your mailbox
  • Messages that are redirected will appear to come from the original sender. When you reply to a message that has been redirected, the reply will be sent to the original sender
  • Messages that are forwarded will appear to be forwarded from you. When you reply to a message that has been forwarded, the reply will be sent to the address the message was forwarded from, not to the original sender
  • You can forward to more than one address, but the number may be limited depending on the settings for your account.
  • Test it to make sure it works!

Email Deletion & Alumni Email

What happens to my accounts, files and emails after graduation?

After you graduate, Flagler College Institutional Technology will delete the following data and accounts:

  • Your @flagler.edu email account, including all email messages and contacts
  • Your MyFlagler access (including access to your academic history information, unofficial transcript, etc.)
  • Any files stored on the Windows lab computer network (My Documents, Desktop, etc.)
  • Any files stored in your Mac Student or Class network folder

These items WILL be deleted and ALL DATA removed from our system on the following schedule, with no exceptions:

  • Fall graduates' accounts are removed on July 31 of the year after you graduate.
  • Spring graduates' accounts are removed on January 31 of the year after you graduate.
  • Summer graduates' accounts are removed on January 31 of the year after you graduate.
