This course examines new enterprise management practices focusing on sustainability, responsibility, and ethics. Students explore the theory of responsible management as well as the primary functions of management including strategic management, entrepreneurship, organization, operations, supply chain management, human resources, marketing and communication, international business, accounting, and financial management. The concepts and tools necessary for managing and leading sustainable, responsible, and ethical organizations as they relate to the respective management functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are emphasized.
