Legal Method and Process (LAW 419)

This course undertakes an examination of certain landmark state and federal court cases. Students will be expected to begin the development of those analytical skills which are essential for success in law school. The writing of syntheses is a major component of this course. The Socratic teaching method will be employed by the instructor.
