Intermediate Algebra with Lab (MAT 113)
Term: 2024-2025 Spring Semester
Tue-Thu, 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM (1/22/2025 - 5/8/2025) Location: FCSTA KENAN 422
Major topics include linear equations, linear inequalities and their graphs; polynomial expressions; operations with rational expressions; systems of linear equations; and quadratic equations. The concept of a function and modeling data with formulas/ functions will be introduced. Students will be required to attend a supplemental lab component (MAT 010) to help strengthen their skills. This course cannot be used to satisfy the general education mathematics requirement.
