Beginning on Friday February 17, 2023, Flagler College will be implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) for Canvas. This will eliminate the need to re-enter your credentials each time you access Canvas. Utilizing SSO also provides greater security for all users on our Flagler College network!
Be sure that you have signed into Office365 in your browser using https://www.office.com/. If you are signed in, your credentials will automatically populate when you navigate to Canvas. If you are not automatically signed in when you access Canvas via a saved bookmark, you may need to re-bookmark Canvas using https://flagler.instructure.com/.
If you share a computer with someone, you may encounter a sign-in issue when attempting to access Canvas. Because only one user at a time can be logged into Office365, SSO for Canvas will pull the information of the user who is signed in. You may also need to clear your browser’s cookies/cache and re-log into Office365. You will be prompted to enter your account information and confirm your identity via Multifactor Authentication (MFA). Assure that you are the user signed in to Office365 to proceed to Canvas.
