This course provides a comprehensive overview of project management and the project management life cycle. The course covers the concepts and techniques for planning and execution of projects, including project selection, developing work breakdown structure, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, team building, communication, project control, and other aspects that are important in successfully managing projects.
