With so many differences, how do you find common ground? The process first begins with understanding oneself – specifically your personality. What are your strengths, and your blind spots, and how are you perceived by others? From there it is a process of learning how to foster, nurture, and sustain relationships for personal growth through communication. Take the 15-week journey to learn more about yourself and improve your ethical communication with others.
