This course introduces students to socialentrepreneurs and visionaries who explore innovative and creative ways to address society's most pressing social, cultural, and environmental challenges. Through in-depth readings of exemplary socialenterprises, in both not-for-profit and for-profit industries, students are challenged to become empathetic changemakers offering systems-level change by recognizing opportunities, exploring innovative approaches, mobilizing resources, and managing risk for the bettermentof society.This course is cross-listed as BUS 322.
